I want to break this down into actionable steps so you can have a big takeaway in each step, then at the end take action towards your story.
Let’s Begin
Structure: A story has a beginning, middle and end. It is great to tie in the beginning to the end. To do this you could pose questions at the beginning that relates to the end. It could be a small hint of a prop in an image at the start of the gallery of sequence of images. Structure adds a level of satisfaction to the experience. Theres a payoff for the viewer.
Example: A hint of vintage racing goggles makes us ask questions. It is a hint to the viewer to want to know what is about to happen. The theme here is heritage and vintage racing.

Theme: A theme is a central idea and this is something you should be able to summarise in one or two words. Betrayal, romance, escape, adventure.
Atmosphere: The style and tone has to be the right type of story you want to tell. Its achieved by casting characters with correct wardrobe to the story you want to tell. This includes choice of props, wardrobe, vehicles and so on. If you feel you want a vintage shoot with a car, grab a nice vintage car that has character and match it with a vintage wardrobe for the talent.
Pro tip: Keep it simple. Don’t overcomplicate it, just try to keep things flowing in your shoot.
